What types of sessions do you facilitate?

Your agenda, or our workshops! We are happy to design a session according to your needs.  We typically facilitate sessions for audience varying from 3-100, with highly interactive exercises and content. Typical durations are:

1 hour "quick hits"

1/2 day or full day workshops

2-3 day annual offsites

How is a facilitated session structured?

Our facilitated sessions are rich in experiences for participants to share and work on common goals.

During the design process, we agree suitable topics and during the session we introduce short content to explain or ground a model in the desired area.

Participants then work in a variety of formats (pairs, triads, quints, full teams) to apply the model to the real world challenges that they face.
