Phew!  That was hard - making the decision to reach out to us.  Hopefully you saw something in our services or experience that make you think we can help you.  But we're guessing that you're still nervous.  So, here is what you can expect from us.

• We will respond to you on a timely basis.  Usually the same or next business day.
• We don't add your name or contact to any "mailing lists".  We hate spam just as much as you do.
• You'll hear from one of our principals.  Not the intern (although they are usually delightful), an admin assistant (we don't have any) or a junior consultant.
• We will respect your time.  We don't believe in "fluff"
• We offer transparency in our services and our pricing.
• We understand the services where we can deliver the excellence you deserve and we do not engage in areas where we can't.
